A single woman "town watch" so to speak.

I can't imagine going to a funeral "in someone else's place." They are so personal, and finding the "right words" is hard enough, when you have some. Of course the funeral is really for those that "remain". And being your mother's "stand in" meant she cared enough for the survivers to send her "best" (in this case - you!)Intense Guyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08441598926026727682noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8241655384336418209.post-84741428467374155132012-02-04T06:46:39.429-08:002012-02-04T06:46:39.429-08:00So was that cleaning woman with her head in the to...So was that cleaning woman with her head in the toilet indeed someone you knew? My mom has never talked that way to me. Don't know why that is. The people she talks about are all people I know. Mom would insist on taking me around and interest me to more distant relatives and say "you remember when..." and of course I didn't. It was always so awkward!!!!

I'd give anything to go back to those "awkward" moments with her, though.Deannahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17137773126591638229noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8241655384336418209.post-82550588316274002592012-02-02T19:02:13.404-08:002012-02-02T19:02:13.404-08:00Ha!
