About all we can find out is that there are on-going problems through Google with comments in general. There isn't anything I can do on my end. I am so disappointed not to be able to get the Chrome users comments, but this is bigger than me.
I'll keep checking on it and hope for the best.

Have you tired using google chrome as your browser when you do your posts. When blogger switched to the the new blog formats last summer they said there was an issue with incompatability with blogger in draft and internet explorer. They recommended always using chrome. Just my two cents worth of input for what it's worth. I hope it offer a little help - at least it's worth a try.
